Everyone can recall it - Applying for a new job can be nerve-wracking and stressful. But not with us!

We want to make your individual application process as pleasant as possible. Learn here how easy it is to apply for a job with us and what you can expect.

You found a job that suits you? Send your application directly to our HR heroes Özge and Stefanie.

We want to get to know you as well as possible, so make your application as informative as possible. 

Do you already have experience with software development? Show us what you can do and send us a sample of your skills! 

What happens afterwards?

You should not wait long for our answer. Within a short time span you will receive a reply to your application, in which we will send you all the important information on how to proceed.

Getting to know each other for the first time

If you have convinced us, we would like to get to know you personally in a relaxed interview. To arrange this, we will contact you by phone. This way we can answer open questions before the interview and you get a first impression. 

The interview will take place either via Microsoft Teams or on-site at the respective location. We will ask you general questions about yourself, but also delve deeper into your particular area of work to find out how well you fit in with us. Don't think too long about your answers, we want to get to know you as authentically as possible. 

And now?

The hard part is behind you! Now it is important for us to see whether you harmonize with the team. The best way to do this is to have a casual lunch together. We will contact you as soon as possible and in good time.

After lunch, you and we as well have the opportunity to check whether we can imagine working together.

You will receive our final feedback regarding your application soon after the lunch together. If we would like to welcome you to our team, the contract and further information will be sent to you by e-mail together with the confirmation by phone.

Your Onboarding

What is your first time at venITure like? We want you to feel comfortable with us from the very first moment. That's why our onboarding process is designed to help you arrive, learn new experiences and skills, and prepare you optimally for your time with us.


On your first day, your new team will welcome you and introduce you to the rest of your colleagues. You will also be given important information and handed over your hardware. The first day is meant for getting to know each other and finding your way around.

In your first week, we will focus on familiarizing you with our tools and workflows. You will also get to know the company and your colleagues better. 

For our newbies we have worked out a detailed onboarding plan, in which all important points and stations are recorded. So you'll always have something to do. 

At our final meeting, we will evaluate your progress together.

You're slowly finding your way around and can navigate independently through the various tools. You have already taken on smaller tasks or projects of your own and are ready to contribute your ideas and impulses to your team and the company in the long term. 

We attach great importance to open and transparent communication. That's why we hold feedback meetings with new employees after three and six weeks and again after three and five months. 

The goal is that you and we are in an exchange and we can offer you the opportunity to address issues and problems that are on your mind.
