Your mission

What you can expect from your everyday life at veniture:

You create strategic account plans for identified key accounts.
You will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by planning and conducting regular consultations.
You will lead comprehensive debriefings to improve the customer experience.
You will be the main point of contact for key accounts with questions and issues.
You conduct detailed competitive analysis to derive business development opportunities.
You identify key decision makers and involve them in all relevant discussions
You build partnerships with customers to jointly develop expansion strategies.

You have already gained experience in a similar role and are familiar with technologies and SaaS.
You have the ability to gain trust and thus build long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication skills and a confident manner are among your strengths.
You have a proactive and convincing personality.
You have experience in dealing with Hubspot and digital transformation topics: Cloud, ITSM, Agile, DevOps, Work Management.
You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
