Can we shorten the training time?
We have created our training concepts based on many years of experience. The time dimensioning has proven to be optimal in order to impart the desired knowledge and at the same time to have enough time left for exercises and possible questions.

Are the trainings interactive or are recorded videos provided?
Our trainings are interactive and therefore not recorded. We want to encourage personal exchange, answer questions and be able to respond individually to the participants.

Do I need any specific technical equipment to participate?
Regardless of whether the training takes place remotely or on-site, we recommend an additional screen to be able to use the training system in parallel. For online training, in addition to the screens, the use of a headset/microphone and webcam is advantageous, as this allows us to create an interactive atmosphere.

Does it make sense to book multiple trainings?
It depends on your internal requirements which trainings make sense. It is possible to book several trainings. Depending on your level of knowledge, we will recommend the appropriate training courses or modules. Some trainings also cover basic functions or can be combined with the modules.

From when can we receive appointment proposals?
If you are interested, we can look together for possible dates and send you suggestions. As soon as you order the training, we can agree on a date.

Can more than the specified number of people participate?
The number of people has been deliberately chosen in order to achieve the best possible learning result. However, if you wish to have more people attend the training, this is possible by arrangement. For each additional person attending a training, we charge an additional 350€.

Is there a possibility to receive training materials?
If you are interested, we will send you the specific agenda in advance. As soon as you have successfully completed the training, you will receive handouts from us that clearly summarize the most important topics and functions for you.

Where will the training take place?
Usually, we offer our training courses remotely, as everyone can absorb the learning content best in their familiar environment.
However, when booking the training, you can choose whether you prefer to do the training online or on-site at your location. Please keep in mind that we charge 500 € more for on-site trainings in the DACH region to cover our travel expenses. -
What are the differences between the full-day training courses and the individual training modules?
The design of the compact training courses is based on many years of experience and topics that make sense for many companies in this combination and are frequently requested.
However, if you would like to compile your training content flexibly and independently according to your needs, you can do this at any time with our individual training modules. Each module lasts a maximum of 90 minutes, depending on the topic. There is enough time for exercises and questions. Depending on the duration of the module, we also offer module trainings at your location (for an extra charge of 500 €) for 4 or more modules. -
Do participants have the chance to interactively participate in the training?
Of course! The interactive exchange between trainer and participants is very important to us. In order to prepare you in the best possible way for your future tasks and tool usage, we design our trainings interactively. In addition to the knowledge that we impart to you in a user-oriented manner, you have plenty of time for application exercises and can ask questions at any time.

Is it possible to postpone or cancel the training date?
If your training date is already fixed, you have the possibility to cancel or postpone the training three working days before the agreed date free of charge. If the three days have already passed, no free cancellation is possible.

Is a break scheduled?
Breaks are very important for the unrestricted absorption of knowledge, which is why we discuss with the participants from the beginning how the break setting suits them best.

Does the training address individual topics and, if applicable, our own tools?
We would like to train you as practically as possible, which is why we can always respond to your use cases. In the run-up to the training, we offer you a 15-minute meeting with us, in which we can briefly discuss your goals for the training and which use cases and tools we should definitely address.
